The Audial plugin is the short path to Audial's tools inside Claude. Installing it adds the audial MCP server plus a routing skill, so Claude picks the right Audial tool for a request and reports back where the result was written.
Install prompts for your Audial user ID and API key from your dashboard, and for a results folder that defaults to ~/Audial. There is nothing else to configure. The plugin runs uvx audial-mcp under the hood, so uv needs to be on your PATH.
Once it is in, Claude can split stems, analyze tempo, key and loudness, segment an arrangement, master a mix, generate sample packs, convert audio to MIDI, generate or remix music, resynthesize a one-shot into a synth preset, and sing lyrics in a reference voice. Files are downloaded into your results folder and referred to by path, so nothing large travels through the conversation.
